She’s got a ton of albums waiting for her! The reviews on Trustpilot were all positive, and the fact that they have a physical store along with their online presence is a nice touch. They only had the display model available, but they promised me it was in top-notch shape, and it really is! The service was top-notch; they postponed shipping to the next day since I wouldn’t be around for the delivery. It showed up just after 9:30 AM today. I’ve taken it out of the box and given it a once-over, and it’s fantastic—she’s gonna love it for sure. I’ll definitely be checking this place out for electronics in the future.

This product and the service are just top-notch. I placed my order in the afternoon, and the DPD guy showed up at 09:30 the next day. No complaints here. You can tell that customer service is a big deal for them. I really wish more companies would take a page from their book.

I called in and the entire buying experience was managed really well and efficiently by Liam. I was disappointed by a huge online warehouse. After waiting 12 working days with no dispatch of the TV stand, I ended up finding it with PowerButton/Freeman CJ.

A PayPal payment request came through right after I confirmed the order over the phone.

12:07 - Paid the invoice (via PayPal)
14:23 - DPD sent a notification for delivery the next working day (ordered on Friday)

Saturday: It arrived the next morning at 11:44.

I was really hoping for a Saturday delivery since I’ve had many parcels show up on weekends with DPD. But when I saw the notification saying Monday and it actually came the next morning, it was such a pleasant surprise. We had a new TV just sitting there for over 2 weeks because of the desk setup.

Overall, I’ll definitely be checking this place out again in the future, and that well-known super warehouse has lost my business for online orders.

When it comes to companies, my experiences usually fall into the categories of either terrible or fantastic, which is why I often turn to Trust Pilot before making a purchase.

We were on the hunt for a new Sonos system and found it on their site at a better price than most competitors. Naturally, I was a bit skeptical, so I decided to use the chat feature to confirm if the items I was interested in were indeed the ones listed online. The response was quick and assured me they were the right products.

After checking out the reviews on Trustpilot, I felt confident enough to go ahead and place an order.

We made our order around 4pm on Friday the 26th. The website mentioned a delivery time of 24 hours, which we figured would mean after the weekend. We even got an email confirming that.

Bright and early on Saturday the 27th, I got a message saying our delivery would arrive between 8:30 and 9:30am. Despite the storms and many local roads being blocked, the items showed up right at 9:30am.

We’re thrilled with our purchase, and the entire experience with this company has been superb. Plus, having an extra £150 in our pockets is just the cherry on top!

I’d totally recommend Powerbutton. I just wish more companies would take a page from their book.

I grabbed some Sonos equipment from the crew this weekend, and it showed up already, all nicely packed (there was a bit of damage to the outer box, but I reckon that was DPD's doing - everything inside and the branded packaging were all good). I gotta say, I was a bit doubtful about their competitive prices and delivery promises until I checked out the reviews. After buying, I ran into a couple of issues with Klarna, but the sales and support team sorted it out right away via email first thing on a Sunday, which is pretty rare and super helpful.
